One of the major components in the success of S.G. Bull has been
their commitment to quality. An audited quality system has been
in place since 1991. S.G. Bull have a SERVQUAL study that has been
in place for the past year and a half. It is designed for use by
service organisations to highlight areas of service failure and
enables appropriate corrective action to be taken. The current results
indicate that overall S.G. Bull & Co. exceed patient expectations
with regard to their level of service provision.
S.G. Bull has a policy of developing close working relationships
with all of its suppliers and customers. This effective two-way
communication with all aspects of the supply process ensures that
the best possible outcome is achieved for the customer and ultimately
the patient.
Close working relationships with many suppliers, means that favourable
pricing options can be organised and made available to the trust
allowing considerable savings to be made with no clinical compromise.
As the company is locally owned and managed any queries or difficulties
experienced by any customers can be dealt with immediately and effectively
at the highest level by one of the partners.
