All prices exclude VAT. VAT is exempt from medical devices if deemed to be single person use only for patients who have life long medical conditions and if declaration is obtained from patient otherwise VAT is charged at normal rate.
Payment is required prior to commencing manufacturing of custom orthoses. Please note that we unfortunately are unable to accept credit/debit cards. Payment either by cheque, cash or bank transfer.
Private patients looking for Private Healthcare insurance to pay for consultation/orthoses should contact their private healthcare provider first to understand payment arrangements. In most cases consultation fee will only be covered. We usually required patient to pay us and then the patient can claim back from their healthcare provider with invoice provided.
Repeat insoles and footwear can be ordered without orthotist consultation and thus without consultation fee but SGBull & Co limited hold no liability to poor fit as a result of changes to a patient’s condition since their previous issue of orthoses/footwear.
